Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled if the item has not yet shipped. To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has already shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and must instead follow our return process below.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
